Non existing SERVICE from MultiChoice!!!
On Thursday I send email to different multichoice email addresses. As an DSTV installer I have lots of secondhand decoders that I got from my customers/clients. I send a list of decoders serial numbers and smartcards numbers to Multichoice. I have to install a decoder on Monday at a client of mine! I have not heard anything from Multichoice YET! I cancelled work on Thursday to sort out the decoders before weekend because in SA we don't work on Fridays!!! With Covis19 looks like we don't work at all!! Hope somebody from Multichoice will pick this up and PHONE ME!!!!!! NS: I also asked to take off my x-fiancé's account from my email address but with no success for nearly a year now. I also don't receive my monthly statements!!!

Thespiso was assisting me. She promised she'll send me an email. NOTHING RECEIVED!!!! She said I must hold on as YOUR system was slow (standard in SA). I was hanging like biltong, call got dropped and I was never phoned back. Back to scratch!!! That's YOUR Multichoice for YOU!!!
