Non-existing Security to Personal Details/Accounts

<p>Debit order went off as usual but with an incresed amount of R337.33. Phoned Multichoice to enquire about addittional amount deducted from my account. Was informed by consultant that my emaginary spouse phoned on 9 June 2016, requesting that the Indian Bouquet be activated on my account. I am single and have never been married and neveer given any person permission to act on my behalf.</p> <p>Multichoice refuses to credit my account as they find the voice recording legit. According to policy they are not allowed to email me the recording and want me to go to Randburg to listen to the recording. I live in Pretoria.</p> <p> </p> <p>Spoke to the following consultants, Sbusiso, Khanyisile and a very arrogant supervisor Meshak Moloto.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this the way that Multichoice protects their customers against *****ulant transactions?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
