Non existing accounts department at Multichoice

After nearly 20 years and for no apparent reason, and without any notice the accounts department, or someone at the accounts department desided to change my debit order amount to R81.00. Unfortunatley the amount goes off my bussiness account so I have not noticed the change in the amount. Since my signal was not once disconnected, nor did I receive any sms or email's, I was under the impression that my account was up to date. To make things worse, during this period I went to the walk in centre (Midrand and Greenstone) numerous times to change decoders and even purchased a new decoder. I also phone the call centre twice a week to switch my viewing to my holiday house over weekends. Not once was I informed about the monies outstanding. No I am being told that I have a new service and that I am a cash customer? Don't know how that happend! and that me service will be suspended if I don't pay the outstanding amount. I eventually received a sms on 8 May that stated I have to pay R728.33 or my service will be disconnected. This was then paid. Three days later I received another sms stating I now owe R11900.00 and upon arrivinng home realised my service was disconnected.

This is unecseptable and seems like I will have to seek legal advise to resolve this issue.
