Non-existent service with the Expolra Price Lock Deal

About three months ago I app**** for the Price Lock deal via SMS. A consultant did phone back and requested my income and expenditures. The consultant phoned back again the following day to inform me that my request for the Price Lock deal was rejected, but that I could phone or email Multichoice to ascertain why my request was denied.
As suggested by the consultant I emailed Multichoice, but received no reply back. After receiving no reply I contacted the DSTV service centre. They were completely unable to tell me anything about the rejection of this application.

There is simply no reason for my application to be rejected, from a credit record perceptive I've just been cleared to buy a car, how is it then that my credit record is then not good enough for this deal?

I am already a DSTV premium subscriber, I currently pay R 845,00 per month. This deal would basically just be R100 more every month. My current decoder has not been working properly for a while now, I could just go and buy a new decoder cash, but I am interested in this deal because the subscription cost would remain the same for two years.

Since my initial enquiry I have contacted the DSTV service centre twice about this issue, every time they were completely unable to tell me why my request was rejected. They have also promised to contact me back, and I have never heard back for them.

Customer Number: ********** 0
