non existent service from Jackson

Its not the fist time I receive this kind of service .I went onto the live chat feature because I can not watch live tv , I got such poor customer service from Jackson , the only thing he did was take my details and remain silent. I wasted 30 minutes of my time on a live chat for nothing ...I still can not watch live tv . I want Jackson to call me and assist me properly . I'm so disgusted by the service received, if you can not assist someone , you need tell the person and also give reason , not waste someones time ... ***
