Non Existent service from DSTV

Multichoice has debited me with R2800 ********ly. Have phoned numerous times and have many reference numbers. They have confirmed in writing that they are at fault and they keep promising to refund the money in a day or two but I am still waiting 2 months later. Their service is non-existent. Requests to speak to management are ignored
