non existent empathy and service from dstv

2 years ago,i entered into a price lock contact of R959/month. it is due to finish in November. i wish to cancel,but cannot get hold of any competent person that may work there. I have called numerous times to hear it will be escalated and i will receive a call in 24 hours- that does not happen. i have been told to send sms to 37408 and they will call me back-that does not happen. they have also now seen fit to charge me more, R1200 plus.. than the original contract price of R959???i have called a different number,explained the above and was put through to someone who does not have their v/m box set up.. good bye and the call is terminated??? i sincerely hope someone ,with some brains and a bit of work ethic,who has a conscience, that works at dstv may get to read this and contacy me to resolve ... cyril on ***
