Non existence of catch up

I have a pvr 2p with catch up functions but my system tells me I can't view the catch up as it's only for premium channels. I'm on extra package and dstv advertise u can have catch up down to compact channels. I took my decoder to walk in center they don't know how to fix it instead I was told my decoder can only use catch up if I'm on the premium channels. So now I'm lost dstv. How can this pvr not work yet you rolled the service out. U did the same with mobile dstv I paid 800 for the device and 2 Months later u switch off the signal I need solution s pls I'm in cape Town
