Non existence in customer service

Useless customer service agents, they have no knowledge of their own system. I spoke to 3 different agents none of them told me anything that makes sense. I'm on DStv Compact, I missed 1 payment and now they want me to pay R600, none of them can explain why I must pay this ridiculous amount. I'm highly disappointed with their services.
