Non existant Showmax for premium customer

Pay R900 for premium pachage which should include Showmax. It did work but now when we try to access Showmax we are told we do not have acssess error code link1020. We call DSTV to be told they cannot help we must use Showmax's web page. Type in error on their "help Chat". They cannot help. Why advertise and charge for what you cannot or will not supply? Extremely poor non existant customer service.
