Non delivery of service
On Wednesday 15th of March I had an explorer decoder delivered. After installation by myself the decoder displayed 107 error code meaning that the smart card and decoder has not been married. I have since made 5 telephone calls the call centre and my problem has still not been resolved all I get promises that's the problem will be sorted in half an hour and nothing happens I would appreciate it if a supervisor from DStv would address my problem or get back to me
