Non delivery and feedback of Explora decoder
I app**** for the Explora decoder for R849 per month on the 28th of September 2015. I was approved and told that delivery of decoder will only be activated when first payment is done. The first debit went off on the 1st of October 2015 and I received a sms from multichoice informing me that my order will be dispatched in 3 days. On the 11th of October I phoned the call centres who said they cant help me and told me I must write an email to the multichoice enquiry department which I did. I received 3 emails back with separate reference numbers informing me that they will contact myself within 24 hours which obviously did not happen to date.

To top things off, yesterday, 13 October 2015, I received another sms from multichoice congratulating me on my Explora decoder approval with a separate order number!!??!?

Seems like complaining on hellopeter.com regarding non delivery of Explora decoders is the only way to get answers from multichoice. Hopefully I will not get the generic answer telling me that the problem has been escalated to the necessary department.....
