Non delivery

I signed up for the explorar March deal on 9th of March for the decoder and pricelock deal. I have payed the first debit order already. They told me it would be delivered in 5-7 working days and I am still waiting for it. I have phoned the call centre 5 times whrre i had to hold on for how long waisting my airtime and then they tell me they will phone the next day. IM still waiting for the call. This is unexeptable and DSTV better explain. I want my decoder asap or I will cancel everything. Im not happy.
