Non-allocations of bank payments
Disconnected in July several times and had to send proof of payment over and over. Again now in November disconnected even though proof of payment is sent. These have been sent via e-mail (to various agents) and via fax. I faxed proof of payment indicated on my bank statement for the last six months indicating that I have no outstanding amounts. I have made the following calls to them to explain my situation and I have to do it over and over. Here is a record of my phone calls to them with time duration:
Nov 13 - 4 calls - duration 6:20, 6:21, 7:08, 16:26
Nov 18 - 6 calls - duration 9:19, 9,47, 16:22, 17:10, 17:17,, 17:45,
Nov 19 - 1 call - duration 13:42
Nov 24 - 3 calls - duration 8:10, 9:22, 9:36
You notice the time I have spent on the phone with multichoice trying to get them to fix the problem. Two or three of the agents became quite impatient with me when I said I cannot pay again and I cannot pay a re-connection fee if i have already paid.
Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

God bless.

Gail du Toit
