Non allocated payment
I made a payment of R525.23 on the 14 February 2024. My payment is due on the 26th of every month but I always paid early using the same bank on the 15th of every month. This payment was never allocated to my account even after several calls and chats I with DSTV. I had to make another payment snd had to be charged a re connection fee even though I made my payment early. Duding my latest visit to their soon to be closed King Williams Town Branch I was informed the issue was escalated to their finance department who has back logs for another year. I am realy ****ed with thier service.
