<p>To Multichoice Management and Superiors </p> <p> I had a call with Nomthandazo Malebane I don’t know what to say about the service she gave me . I am still overwhelmed with her telephone etiquette . She really seems to understand the customer, the business and the services offered and required by customers. She has a one stop shop mentality and she handles customers well and politely. I called enquiring just whether the payment is reflecting or not but her politeness made me take advantage of her and I ended up feeling at home and being able to clarify all other things that I did not understand.</p> <p> It’s not every day you come across a someone that’s passionate about helping customers and making them feel at home . She was never in a hurry to finish my call and go to the next one she is the kind of person that might have customers holding just to be assisted by her.
