Nomonde Phiri- INCREDIBLY RUDE
Bad service from Nomonde Phiri. She kept on making bad remarks after picking her mouth piece up thinking I can’t overhear what she’s saying to her colleagues. Very unprofessional and provoking. This gives multichoice a bad name and sets it’s custo service levels lower than it already is
