After a dozen of false promises made by contact centre agents Nolusindiso Xamfe from PE branch was able to assist me.

In all honesty DSTV. She is the only reason I have not asked for my refund back and will stay on the subscription for my last month.

Fyi, you are able to see the call logs made on my acc. Teach your agents not to put clent on hold for more than a minute without reassiring them they are still on the line.!!!! 17 mins on hold with agent prior to the one who assisted me. Beyond disgraceful!

But thank your lucky stars you have got Nolusindiso who has made me give you ppl one last chance.
