Nokwazi Jiyani the most useless person I've dealt with from dstv retentions

I spoke to Nokwazi Jiyani the most useless and pathetic customer service consultant yelling at me and refusing me to talk to the manager saying that they are in a meeting I mean whose still using that old useless excuse kodwa? I requested internet services to be cancelled in April and sent the router back but to date I'm paying for that same router that was collected in April and whenever I call I'm told that they will escalate since April dstv is truly ********* and don't treat their customers fairly . I advised Nokwazi Jiyani that the email she gave me is not working it says not monitored but she was yelling at me telling me I should use the same email I told her it's not working how on earth do we deal with such people who bring their personal problem at work at take their frustrations on us poor customers. This is really sad
