Can hello peter please refer DSTV complaints to the Ombudsman? DSTV by far has the most complaints. I haven’t watched TV in 2months now and have tried every avenue. They are all useless. i have paid on the 27 of April via Capitec bill payment on the 6th of May they disconnected my service when i call them they requested proof of payment i gave them still is not connected i have been calling the almost every day i have not been assisted i spoke to one of agent he told me to pay R1020 and they still not active i called again they i said i must 180 i have paid it also. i feel i have been taken for a ride. i have view ssince till now i m very disapointed with their services.
