nobody phones back

I app**** for an upgrade to a new Explora decoder on the promotion advertised for the 24 month all inclusive deal for R849., but since then I have heard nothing, I called a couple of times and no one can tell me what is going on, everybody says they will escalate it, but nothing happens. It's now almost two weeks!!<br> <br> I keep on phoning and phoning and they keep on escalted this matter but still up to date nobody phone me<br> <br> the service is very very bad
