nobody helps with allocating my eft payments keep disconnect ing my dtsv5

<p>I am having the most horrible experience ever with dstv to mention a team leader Hlengiwe Cele who laughed with her agents on the phone my account keeps getting debited for R2000 i stopped the debit orders they informed me i was audited and payments from last year August is not reflecting i sent my statements and every 5 dats my dstv gets disconnected no help from finance as noboby can help me the agents don't know how to do their jobs because you have to keep explaining the same story over and over again this is upsetting because i emailed non allocated they can't seem to sort out my problem messed my bank account up and not anywhere to fixing my complaints </p>
