I've locked onto Dstv WhatsApp on Monday to check my due amount in order to make payment and I also wanted to downgrade.
I received a message saying that I'm covered for this month and amount to be paid is R39 something due 31Jan 2024.
Ive screenshot these messages and forward it to your Facebook site via messenger...
They refused to understand me as I want to downgrade and make payment.
But the amount to be pay is rediculiously high.
Please just help me to disconnect.
I'm now so done with DSTV.
