NO UPGRADE
If there was a negative to be rewarded for bad service DSTV will receive it.
Upgrated to wifi .WHAT A JOKE. Paying additional R1000 for same service prior to upgrade. Streamer, new Arial and router being placed on my floor in lounge and I should be happy, I have been upgraded....
Awaiting a week for phone call from someone at DSTV to say where and how I will receive my sim card for router as installers can not help or compleet installation. Phone calls every day holding on for up to an hour for assistance and promise that I will be sorted next day.. Apparently next day has different meaning to DSTV agent.. 2 weeks can be next day?
Each phone call is placed on hold up to an hour. "Everybody has airtime as per Multichoice agents"
Drove to walk in Multichoice store to find they can not help and agents that told me to go is giving wrong information.. Again..petrol is not that expensive. Or so say Multichoice ??

Did an enquiry to cancell my DSTV to find now I have to pay a cancellation fee if R3000 +
..Ooo and all the previous client service agent's, 7 in total and customer service manager informed me wrong..
I was NOT short supp**** a sim card .. Router doesn't not need one...have a slot and when connecting to router message appeared - sim card required?
This is the information shared to me when I spoke to consultant to try and cancell my account. I required a second installer for the router.
Does anybody at Multichoice know there products or/and procedures ?
Can Multichoice please, employ staff that is qualified to do customer service and pay salaries to managers that can manage?
South Africans should look at international service providers, before considering local. Multichoice is encouraging this.
