No Upgrade
<p>Multichoice - i have asked you to upgrade my account. Instead you gave me a promise to do so, you took away all the explorer functionalities that i paid for and my account is still not upgraded.</p> <p>Its worse off than before i called you. I knew that you wont get it right the 1st time - this is an opportunity to redeed yourselves.</p>
