No UNDERATANDING OR HELP FROM DSTV! POOR SERVICE

Have I ever met a company that never resolve a query but make it all about the company. I phoned about 4 x today and all they could tell me is that I have an amount outstanding, and I MUST make the payment, deactivate my viewing, I paid NETFLIEKS, THE AMOUNT WENT OFF MY BANK ACCOUNT, BUT DSTV WILL NOT ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND. ALL THE CAN UNDERSTAND IS THE AMOUNT OUTSTANDING, POUR SERVICE IF I COULD I WOUD CANCEL, VERY DISSAPOI TED IN A COMPANY LIKE DSTV
