No to very poor signal

The signal has been very poor and thus invisible image, with no or little sound for more than a week. Multichoise does not seem to care, because I have written a mail to them without any response. Been to their offices with absolutely no resolution and have phoned them also with no resolution BUT they have actually NO issue to immediately take our money in the beginning of the month.

I though if you get paid you should at least render the cexpected service!

Thanks for escalating the complaint so fast, but we are STILL waiting for someone to phone us. We are still paying for a service that we DO NOT get!!!!
It is easy to say that you will do something BUT very difficult to sort out the signal problem. If you say someone will do something everyone can read the message and think that you actually care, but that is far removed from the truth, since there is NO solution as yet. Maybe we should not pay for the days that we could not use the service due to signal problems.
