No support from dstv

So everytime there's a presidential speech live event, dstv now app says there's a simultaneous streaming limit. My phone is not streaming, my android TV is, it's the only device registered and streaming but has that error, on a normal day it has the same error at least twice a day.

Dstv tech support who are clueless as a month ago said they cant assist, saying its an internet issue, lines too slow, after doing a speed test when it happens its over 20mb upload and download speeds. Account passwords been changed and still no one at dstv can figure it out, and there's been numerous complaints about the streaming limit error, just Google it.

Can anyone at dstv support offer assistance?
