No subtitles for 5 years

<p>There are still no subtitles on majority of channels. I searched my email to see when I started asking about this. I started this in 2011. I've sent countless emails, tweets and still no progress. I am sure you will agree that 5 years with no movement on this is pretty appalling. The answers I get from Multichoice are generic and basically there is no desire to change this. More than 5 years of being a premium subscriber and still no subtitles on large majority of channels.</p>

Dear Mr Nathan Moore We are committed to providing subtitles wherever they are available. M-Net has also committed to provide subtitles on all new movies and programming coming onto our channels. Unfortunately; providing subtitles still requires the channel to employ people to listen to all the programmes and then provide the subtitles. Considering that a single channel consists of 8760 hours of programming in one year; it is understandable that it takes longer for some channels to provide this service. We remain committed to provide subtitles to our hearing impaired customers across all channels. We continue to engage with channels; such as Discovery; who do not currently offer subtitles; to get them to offer subtitles. You are welcome to continue to send us an email but our response will remain the same as the paragraphs above. Regards Nesta

Are you stupid or something? Subtitles are available on the exact same channels overseas so should be available here. You've been "engaging" with these channels for 5 years. Please pull the other one. Your response show that you have not been doing anything for 5 years and will continue to do nothing. I hope to take this further and publicly by posting full page adverti*****ts in papers or something similar.

One other thing, if you refuse to put subtitles on your channels you should offer a discounted price until you do so. Why should I pay premium price for channels I don't use?
