NO STREAMING SERVICE: ERROR CODE PER 190121

I can't stream from my laptop anymore as it throws out a PER190121 error code. I phoned multiple times and was promised the problem will be solved. I'm on holiday and don't want to watch on my phone all the time. I feel we pay a lot of money for our Premium subscription and I will not hesitate to cancel if this continues.
