No streaming is unacceptable

I'm tired of calling Dstv about poor service and I can't even stream my favourite shows on any of my devices. I explained many times to different consultants my problem, only for them to patronise me and offer no explanation. I really didn't want to cancel it but I have no choice, I'm away most of the time and I can't even stream anything. Thanks for nothing!!!
