No speedy resolution

On the 14th of May I paid R350 to my Box Office account, of which I have proof on my credit card statement. Up to now (21 June) this money has not been allocated to my account. On Friday 10 June I started querying this. I was told to send an email to Pertunia Muravha with proof. Since my credit card statement only closes on the 13th of every month, I send a screenshot of this transaction from the Discovery Website as well as an interim statement extracted from the Discovery site.

I got no feedback and last week I sent another mail requesting feedback. I got no feedback.

I then turned to Twitter and they said that I didn't send the correct proof. What other proof could I send? Since my statement now closed I sent it 3 times from 2 different emails but still didn't get any response. I was supposed to get a case number to give back to them so they can track my email.

So far I have had no success. I am so frustrated that after 5 weeks I still can't use the Box Office service since my money is not showing that I have scheduled a cancellation of all my services.

I have no tolerance for companies disrespecting me as a paying customer.
