No solutions to account issue
The whole weekend I have been disconnected even to this day. I have made countless calls to this company but no one seems to know what's happening in my account. Team leaders have hung up on my calls failing to call me back. I'm so disgusted that not even managers or any superior staff can attend to this account.... Dstv

What about list of transactions. And list calls made to you with no solutions. And for the incorrect billing why isn't there a statement.
