No Solution to fix simple problem on broken website!
DSTV has terrible service! Most of the options on the website does not work. The Live Chat does not work. The bot cannot help me with my issue and tells me to speak to the bot to fix my issue. Call Center agents does not even know how website works. Thus, no solution to fix a simple problem caused by a broken website and useless agents.
