No Signal to vie twice in Three Months But Paying For No SIgnal

I bought an explora and call a DSTV installer to help with installation in August 2016 and on the 21 of August I had signal problems. I called the Multichoice call centre and I was told that they cant fix the problem I must get my installer tocome and look at my dish. These qualified installer charge you redicoulosly for just checking and caal out fee, I paid the installer R700 and now I am having the same problem in November so the installer is asking for a callot fee of R250 and then will charge me after looking at the problem. Multichoice should be paying for these extra expenses as I am Paying them R800 a month for premium and extraview and they no longer do the installations themselfs. I am very dissapointed with this service i spend R60 worth of airtime just speaking to a agent and still the problem is not fixed the agent tried to help me with resetting my dish to the factory defaults setting and when my airtime got finished he didnt even borther to call me back. I bought more airtime and call a hour later and a female agent spoke to me and I explained what the previous agent tried to help with and she immediatly explained that Multichoise can do nothing from they side as I need a installer to come and look at my dish. So my question is why did the previous agent not inform me that he cant help me and i need to get an installer. The service is very bad and we paying for this bad service and my account is paid up for this year.
