NO Showmax on Premium for 3 Years! No intent to Help!

For 3 years I have paid for the Premium package (R1000/pm adds up)! Spending many un calculated hours to MultiChoice Helpline plus their web-service, NO ONE was able to get Showmax activated!!! I cancelled but miss News and Sport plus I cant watch the final season of Yellowstone on Showmax! But what will Multichoice care?? They received their monies!
