No Show for Showmax
I’m have the premium subscription with DSTV meaning Showmax Entertainment is free. Last week Wednesday I added Showmax PL to my package and was charged R18 pro rata which I paid. When I want to watch the Showmax PL it says I need to subscribe , contacted DSTV and didn’t get any help and Showmax now I can’t watch even Showmax entertainment it says I need to subscribe. Why am I paying for something I have no access to. I need a refund for the Showmax PL I paid for and haven’t been able to watch.
The last agent I spoke to on Saturday said the matter was escalated with ref #INC-***
Can I get this sorted asap.

The reversed the money for the remaining, what about the money for the days I haven’t watched.
Please check and revert back to me properly. Don’t forget I made a payment of R20 last week meaning the since my subscription without PL is R929 my account should be on R909

This is really unacceptable and frustrating that you are quick to charge but not render the services required.
If you have reversed the charges my account should currently be showing R909 to pay on the 26th Aug, cause it would mean the R20 I paid last week going to my premium subscription.
