I would like to know why my DSTV get disconnected on the 20th because last in 2023 my services was disconnected and I paid on the 21st and you guys charged me a reconnection fee, that will mean my service should be on the 21st so why is it disconnected on the 20th of every month. ID no ***

How we disconnect your services is determined by your payment behavior. For example, if you pay your account on time (exactly on the 20th), the system will give more grace days and allow enough time to pay your account.
However, for this to happen you must pay your account before you're disconnected.
The services on your account are currently active and the payment of R469.00 is currently due for payment.
