No services no customer services pathetic

I have been calling jn ,chatting to dstv consultants online calling into the call centres and its just one ***** up after the next but payment is expected and needs to be made on time but if I dont get the right assistance nothing gets done.Paying on time for this pathetic services month on month im sick of this and I think its time DSTV gets taken further than just Hello Peter.
