No service when service is needed

I have been struggling with my dstv internet for a while now and everytime it is fix but the next morning the same story. I dont have airtime to call in or data to chat everytime. Since I had this internet it was giving problems. I need this to be sorted out whithin the next hour or you can cancel your internet then I can take it out from someone else. You are quick too cut your services but when it comes to you to deliver services then you cant.
