No service to the Elderly

Poor service to senior citizen

hi my name is Ricardo , i have a grandmother that is 80 years old. She has dstv indian package and dstv compact. I called dstv and spoke to Londile. She first wanted to speak to my grandmother , i stated i am at work and my grandmother has a hearing problem. she currently makes use of hearing aids. I then gave the ID number and she begun to help me. I requested that the other package be cancelled and only keep the dstv indian channels. Well Londile stated she cannot cancel any packages and that she will log a case number and i should take my 80year grandmother who cannot walk properly and hear properly to a walk-in center. Dstv has no hep for senior citizens. I want this resolved immediately so my grandmother can enjoy her tv. i am also a dstv customer , my friends and other family members are too.
