No service to pensioners

Multichoice did not inform my elderly parents that the monthly fees went up with resulted in their services being cut off. So they paid via EFT and sent proof of payment. 36 hrs later there was still no service so they phoned the call center who requested that proof of payment be sent again. After holding for about 20 minutes the ooperator found the payment in an unallocated account. So they switched on the signal. The next week Monday it was off again. Same procedure. We had to call in again, resend the proof of payment directly to the call center agent, who then after 25 minutes on the cellphone put it back on. This Monday Iit was off again. So again we called and went through the whole ordeal and the agent eventually foundthe payment still under unallocated and promised to put it back on, but after holding for another 10 minutes my mom had to hang up, but they never called back and never switched it on. So we again called on Wednesday repeated the whole song and dance. Just to be told the payment is still unallocated and they cannot switch it on as it will be put off again in 2 hours. They can also not call back as Multichoice cannot phone out. To date nothing been done.
