No service, rude call centre agents. No assistance

Very bad service. We have a premium streaming account. I cannot get my premium channels although the account is paid up to date. When you contact the call centre, they tell you to go onto the live chat and ask for assistance there. I have been waiting for an online agent on live chat for nearly 2 hrs and still no help. When you phone back to the call centre they are unwilling to help and drop the phone on you. Dstv is taking our money without supplying a service!!!! Very very poor.
