No service rendered

I've cancelled my premium subscription using DSTVs useless app but it's still active. On the app it showed execution date was suppose to be on the 1st of September 2020. Who is liable for the R810.42 that is due? Not me!!! DSTV is quick to debit my account but useless when it comes to customer service. What's the use of self service if no service was rendered. I'm utterly disgusted.
