NO SERVICE PROVIDED THAT ONE CAN SORT OUT WITH A CONSULTANT !!!!!
They shouldn't even get one star as they are a lousy domineering service who at the moment unfortunately monopolize the TV programs with virtually no opposition to contend with and an attitude of "TAKE IT OR LEAVE" !!!! Last night trying to sort out a problem which was to do with smart card checking stating that the subscription was due on the 26th of the month and I've always had a debit order with them !! But THE SMSES I GOT INSISTED THAT I had to pay manually R905.00 on line to get my TV released !!! AFTER PAYING THAT TOO TOOK AGES TO RELEASE MY TV !!! Now I'm going to have to fight with them to get my debit order reversed, as they will no doubt debit account on the 2nd June anyway !!! Monopolizes in our country should not be allowed to dictate to the end uses who have no alternative but to use them !!!!! The number to dial for sorting out problems is too full to answer and the refer you to their on line service which doesn't solve the problem to be heard all done by what they ask that is not helping at all !!!
The amount I was forced to pay last night on line was R905.00 to get my TV operating and yet the debit order has been R995.00 every month WHY the difference of R90.00 ???? So surely i should be credited for this amount for as far back as it has been charged !!!! in the meantime either reimburse the R905.00 I paid last night or stop the debit order due on the 2nd June !!! Let's see what DSTV does going forward !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
