No service or personnell not capable of doing their job

During Lock Down I had to pay my full subscription R 954 for my premium package. Later Multi choice advertised the premium package for R 749 per month for a fixed period of 2 years. I phoned and enquired if I can move to the lower price. The lady informed me she will request the correct department to contact me. Few days later a later a lady called me, same story as above. Nothing happened since.
