NO SERVICE - MULTICHOICE ARE PATHETIC!!!
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

About a week and a half ago we bought a new PVR decoder because our old one's hard drive did not seem to work. We called the dstv customer care help line to activate the new PVR decoder.....after 3 or more calls of approx 40min each time, they upgraded our package to the Premium Package and deactivated our secondary decoder...why...I do not know!!! We only asked for the new decoder to be activated! Now after numerous calls, R500 of airtime, visits to the dstv branch in Kimberley we still have no PVR function and the secondary decoder are still not activated which they deactivated! Today I called the help line again to speak to a supervisor, the help desk operator said she will call a supervisor...needless to say I dropped the call after 6 min of waiting for the supervisor!! This is now unacceptable!!!!! I am very disappointed in the service from Multichoice!!
