No service from MultiChoice

I am very upset with the service i have received from Multichoice.<br> On return from my Dec holiday my pvr decoder had an error message. As i had work in PTA i went to the Randburg office on the 12th of January and after paying R600 received a 'refurbished' decoder.<br> This decoder worked for exactly 2 days.<br> I took it to Henberg in Three Rivers on the 16th, they tested it and said there was nothing wrong.<br> I took it home. It worked for 30min and then stopped working...AGAIN<br> I took it to Hi-Lite Radio in Alberton on the 19th, they confirmed that it was in fact the decoder itself.<br> Although the decoder is under warranty, they did not have stock to exchange it.<br> I again went to Alberton on the 25th and was informed that stock of this decoder was scares and I would have to drive to Randburg.<br> I live in Meyerton in the Vaal Triangle. I can not be expected to drive to Randburg AGAIN.<br> I have been paying a subscription for an entire month and have not watched more than 2hours of tv this year.
