No service from DSTV

is there and service left a DSTV ..Does anyone at DSTV know what they are doing I.. I was cut off had to pay 11K for a years subscription and now they don't know how to turn me back on ...I spent 2 hours on one call with a guy trying his best but then the call got cut.... 2 hours on my cell and they don't even call you back. i went onto their messenger and whatsapp help lines , was told they will escalate it or there systems are slow or better offline , 15 calls 10 messages not one call from someone who might know what to do. amazing the lack of service from DSTV... and now my credit has been eaten by all the different people trying different things...
