No service from DSTV

We have 2 decoders with DSTV and are in Credit with you. We made no changes to our packages and yet we unable to view any channels. After multiple attempts we tried to clear our E16-4 error with no success! No one to call or no help whatsoever. What are we paying then for?? We probably one of your last few customers left and after the last weeks experience we will no longer be one of your paying customers!
